We value your booking for our Weekend Holiday Seminar, “Empower Your Health: Strategies to Control Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, and Glucose Naturally.”  When you book with us, we ensure that the room(s) you booked are reserved and available for you. As such, we hope you understand that cancellations affect the establishment just as much as it does guests.

The reservation fee for the weekend holiday seminar is PhP5,000.  Your booking with us signifies your full knowledge and acceptance of the terms of cancellation.

Cancellations must be emailed to the official email address of Caliraya Ecoville: Darlene.ecoville@gmail.com and must be acknowledged in writing by the hotel representative. The date emailed notification is received in the hotel’s inbox shall be the date of reference for the cancellation.

Cancellations are subject to the standard charges as listed below:

0-6 days before arrival date – 100% of reservation fee.
7-14 days before arrival date – 50% of reservation fee.

This policy applies to paid bookings. Guests have the option of making only a verbal/pencil booking for the weekend holiday seminar. However,  the resort does not guarantee availability.
